For assurances of a smooth guest-experiences we will keep two keys for your property: one which we will provide and retrieve from guests and one for emergency purposes.
Check-in:
From our experience as hosts we know the difference an in-person greeting can make on guests' impression for a great stay. For this reason we will greet all of your guests in person at check-in and make sure their experience starts on the right foot.
Professional Cleaning:
There is no question that having properly cleaned property can make or break a stay. For this reason we make sure that your property is professionally prepped following the standards developed through 25 years of hospitality experience
24/7 Guest follow up and emergency service
Hello's host is always available to help solve problems. The guests can fully enjoy their stay as they know their host is here to find solutions for any situation.
For the owner it is the peace of mind of knowing that there is somebody checking on the house and ready to solve problems at all times.
Property maintenance:
Hello takes care of the little daily problems from changing light bulbs and fixing squeaking doors. When it comes to more important jobs that require a professional, Hello will work with qualified professionals of your choice. Houses are checked after each departure. Owners get a report every time an act of maintenance is done and on a regular basis when no action is required.
Turnover / Laundry service
Every time guests are checking out, a fresh set of towels and bedding is put in place. The used items are thoroughly cleaned and stored away for the next check-in.
Extra changes on request, (extra cost).
