These rates are just an indication, each property is unique and specific rates will be established after a visit.
Emergency answering services, repair management and small maintenance are invoiced $45 per hour, on real time.

With your agreement we will optimize your pricing , answer every request within one hour
and manage the bookings. House watch and listing on Airbnb included (photo shoot extra)
Taxes return and administrative work remains responsibility of owners.

Complimentary
Home watch:
We can watch your house when it is not occupied for one month or more. We will let you know about problems, offer solutions and be your on-site representative in case of emergency. You will receive a monthly report. No charge when the property is rented at least once during the running month.
